To renew your mortgage payment protection policy, you simply need to continue paying your direct debit. As this is automated, month-by-month; no action is required on your part.
How to change your levels of cover
Policies purchased prior to November 2011
After your policy is up and running, if you wish to alter any of the cover options, please telephone MMS, who administer your cover for us, on 01132 558 611 to find out about the premium level and how to proceed.
Policies purchased after November 2011
After your policy is up and running, if you wish to alter any of the cover options, please telephone Collinson Insurance Services, who administer your cover for us, on 0845 685 1162 or via email at enquiries@collinsonis.com to find out about how to proceed.
How to cancel your policy
Policies purchased prior to November 2011
You have a statutory right to cancel this Policy by giving written notice to the Administrator, MMS of Melbourne House, Melbourne Street, Farsley, Pudsey, Leeds. LS28 5BT within 30 days of the inception date. We will refund any all premium you may have paid. No refund of premium will be made after such 30 day period or where a claim has been made on the Policy.
You can cancel this Policy at any time by giving the Administrator at least 30 days written notice addressed to the Administrator, MMS of Melbourne House, Melbourne Street, Farsley, Pudsey, Leeds. LS28 5BT.
Policies purchased after November 2011
You have a statutory right to cancel this Policy within 30 days of the inception date. We will refund any premium you may have paid. No refund of premium will be made after such 30 day period or where a claim has been made on the Policy.
You may also cancel this Policy at any time after 30 days of the inception date.
