How to Make a Claim
We work with a specialist claims handler who handles all Car Rental Cover claims. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a fast conclusion to your claim.
All Insured Persons must give us any information or help that we may reasonably ask for. No Insured Person may settle, reject, negotiate or agree to pay any claim without our written permission. Full details of how to claim are set out below.
Claims Office: In the event of loss please contact UNAT Claims within 31 days of any incurred loss - to notify loss and request a claim form to be sent by email, fax or post. Please fully complete, sign and date the claim form and return it with all supporting documentation (outlined below) by email, fax or post to:

Supporting Documentation
- A copy of this insurance document.
- A copy of the Car Rental Agreement.
- A copy of the charge receipt (if separate from the Car Rental Agreement).
- A copy of the police report, if the incident by law requires the attendance of the police.
- A copy of any Rental Company accident damage report.
- Invoices / receipts / other documents confirming the amount paid in respect of accident / damage / loss etc. for which the Rental Company holds any Insured Person responsible.
- Copy of any credit card statement showing payment of the damages claimed.
- A copy of the driving licence of the person driving the Rental Vehicle where involved in an accident.
- The name and address of your bank together with the sort code and account details. This will facilitate reimbursement as the insurance company prefers to make the payment directly to your bank.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS MAY JEOPARDISE OR DELAY REIMBURSEMENT OF CLAIMS UNDER THIS POLICY
